- 300 gram wheat flour
- 2 cup boiled mashed potato
- 2 green chilli
- 1 bunch green coriander
- Ā½ tbsp Garam masala
- ghee/oil for frying
Instructions
- Add two tablespoons of ghee to the flour and mash it.
- Then knead it hard with water and cover it with a wet cloth.
- Add salt, 2 cup boiled mashed potato to the potatoes and mix well. Then divide the mixture into 10 equal parts.
- Break 10 equal balls of dough. Fill one part of the potato mixture in each ball and press it with your palm and give it the shape of a kachori.
- Heat the oil well and reduce the flame, then fry the kachoris till they turn red.
- Serve hot with sweet chutney/sauce
