- 2 tsp butter
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp sweet corn
- ¼ cup cottage cheese diced
- pinch tsp chilli flakes
- pinch tsp oregeno
- 3 black olive chopped
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 3 pizza base diced
- 2 tsp pizza sauce
- 1 tsp garlic finely chop
- paneer optional
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan and fry chopped onions until golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum, sweet corn kernels, pizza sauce and cheese pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- In a separate pan, melt some butter and add the minced garlic along with the chopped pizza base.
- In your kulhad, add pizza masala, followed by pizza base, grated cheese,
- Add a drizzle of fresh cream, a sprinkle of chili flakes, and an extra layer of cheese.
- Garnish your creation with chopped black olives, a few chili flakes and a sprinkling of oregano.
- Bake the Kulhad Pizza in a preheated oven at 160-170°C for about 4-5 minutes.
