About Banana Kebab Recipe
Making banana kebab is very easy. Roast the gram flour in little oil and keep it aside. Mash the banana and make a paste. Add roasted gram flour to it and make a paste. If it is too thick then add curd and make it soft. Mix green chillies, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, evenly. Shape each part into a patty and wrap bread crumbs on it. Heat the oil and fry the patty on both sides till it turns golden brown. Serve the kebabs with green chutney or tamarind chutney.

- 1 pinch Garam masala
- ½ tbsp red chilli powder
- salt as per taste
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 cup bread crumps
- 1 tbsp curd
- oil for frying
