To make raita, we need fresh curd. Beat the curd well and leave it to cool. It is okay to add various fruit fruits in it or else add whatever fruit you have available. I have added bananas, strawberries, pomegranate, grapes in the fruit raita. You can also add kiwi, pineapple. Chop all the fruits finely and nicely and put them in the cooled curd and add ground cumin and sugar to it. Mix it gently. Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds on top and serve the fruit raita while eating. Serve the raita cold.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup curd
  • 1 cup grapes Cut into two pieces
  • 2 bananas Cut bananas into slices
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin seed powder

Instructions
 

  • Beat curd and put it in a serving bowl.
  • Add salt, ground cumin, sugar and mix gently with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds on top and keep in the fridge. Serve when cool.
