How to make kuttu ke pakode

Aloo Kuttu (buckwheat) pakoras are made with boiled potatoes and kuttu flour. They are made like pakoras. Aloo buckwheat pakoras are made with very basic ingredients. Boil the potatoes and grate them. Add all the dry spices or salt to them. Then fry the pakoras in oil.

You can prepare papaya chutney  for pakoras. Cook raw papaya in water with sugar. Add green chillies, star anise, raisins and cook for a few minutes. When everything is smooth, remove the star anise and grind it. Add rock salt and prepare pakoras.

  • ½ cup kuttu flour (buckwheat)
  • 5 boiled potato
  • ¼ tbsp green chilli
  • ¼ cup green coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • oil/ghee for frying
  • rock salt or sendha namak as per taste

Ingredients for papaya chutney

  • 1 cup row papaya Peeled and grated
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
