- 1 cup Fine rava
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup fresh curd
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
- salt as per taste
- oil
Ingredients for stuffing
- 250 gram paneer grated
- 2 tbsp green chilli
- salt Keep in mind that salt has been put in the Sooji batter too, so don't put too much salt
- ½ tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 onion finely chopped
- ¼ tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp green coriander
Instructions
- Mix water, rava, oats, salt and turmeric powder in curd and keep aside for half an hourMix all the ingredients of the filling well in a bowl. Make small balls of it and keep asidePrepare sooji Mix the mixture well. If the mixture becomes too thick then water can be obtained.Apply grease to your pan and add half spoon of sooji ghee in it and keep the paneer ball. Pour half a spoon of ghee from the top in such a way that the whole filling gets filled with water. Heat the pan and cook it on low flame till it turns golden.
- Mix 250 gram paneer in a bowl. Make small balls of it and keep aside
- Prepare sooji (rava) Mix the mixture well. If the mixture becomes too thick then water can be obtained.
- Apply grease on your pan and put half spoon of sooji batter in it and keep the paneer ball.
- Put half a small spoon batter from the top in such a way that the whole body gets covered.
- Cover the pan and cook till it turns golden brown
- Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
