Paneer-Use fresh paneer. It will taste good. Paneer has been grinded and added in the recipe.
Dry fruits- You can add cashews, almonds, dry fruits. Apart from this, you can also add any other dry fruits.
Garam Masala- If you grind the whole garam masala at home and add it, the gravy will taste even better.
Cream- Use fresh cream. If cream is not available, then you can also add the cream that solidifies on top of the milk. This will also make the gravy taste good.

How to make garam masala at home 

Garam Masala is a very important ingredient in Indian gravy. It is used in almost every Indian recipe. Garam Masala enhances the taste of food. Garam Masala can be easily made at home as well. For this, you just need these ingredients.
To make Garam Masala, whole spices have to be used. For this, you need 25 grams of black pepper. 25 grams of big cardamom, 20 grams of cumin, 10 grams of mace, 10 grams of cloves, 10 grams of cinnamon, 3-4 bay leaves, 10 grams of small green cardamom and 10 grams of nutmeg.
To make Garam Masala, take a pan and put all the ingredients in it except mace and nutmeg and fry on medium flame.
Now grind it finely in the grinder and filter it through a sieve.
Store it in an airtight container.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram Paneer
  • 25 gram Khoya
  • ½ cup chopped dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¾ tsp Powdered sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • ¾ tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup single cream
  • ½ cup m green coriander
  • ½ cup curd
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste by adding dry fruits, salt, paneer, khoya and flour in the grinder.
  • Heat oil and make paneer balls and fry them.
  • After heating the oil, add ginger and onion paste and fry till golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree, red chilli, garam masala, coriander leaves and turmeric and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add one cup water in curd, beat it and add it to the spices and mix.
  • After boiling, add fried paneer, cream, sugar and coriander leaves and mix.
