Tips for puris

  • Roll out the puri as round and thin as possible. Thin puris are lightly crispy and also puff up well.
  • First roll all the puris and then fry them in hot oil. If you want to eat the whole immediately then turn it a little red. But if you want to store them whole then you should take them out of the pan only when they turn light pink. By doing this it remains soft even after it cools down.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice or fine flouse (maida)
  • 1 cup Paneer grated
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Fresh cream
  • Salt
  • Green coriander finely chopped
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • In one bowl add 1 cup Wheat flour2 tbsp Rice or fine flouse (maida)1 cup Paneer1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Fresh cream Salt Green coriander and mix well.
  • Then knead it a little hard with water. Keep it cover for 2 minutes.
  • Make a similar ball of dough and roll it.
  • Then fry them in hot oil on medium high flame until golden brown.
