Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium raw mangoes
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp tsp black pepper
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 tsp mint leaves
  • black salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • To make raw mango panna, wash the mangoes and keep them in the cooker to boil for 3 whistles.
  • If you want, you can boil mango in an open vessel.
  • Take out the mango and add 1-2 cups of water to the pulp and keep it to boil.
  • When this pulp cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it by adding sugar, black salt and mint leaves.
  • Now add about 1 liter cold water to this ground pulp.
  • Filter this water and add black pepper and roasted cumin powder to it.
  • Add ice cubes to the prepared raw mango panna and serve.
  • Serve Aam Panna garnished with mint leaves.
  • You can keep this Aam Panna in the refrigerator and use it for 3-4 days.
