Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram maida (Fine flour)
  • ¾ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ cup urad dal (soaked) black gram
  • ½ cup moong dal (soaked)
  • 1 tsp coarse dried coriander
  • green coriander finely chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • ½ cup curd
  • oil for fry

Instructions
 

  • Add one tablespoon of oil to the flour and mash it. Then knead the flour with curd by adding water as required and cover it with a wet cloth.
  • Grind both the leaves coarsely in a grinder and add garam masala, dry and green coriander, salt and red chilli. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add mixed lentils and fry till golden brown.
  • Break the ball of flour and roll it like a puri, fill it with ground roasted dal and close it to give it the shape of a kachori.
  • Heat oil and fry the Kachoriya until golden brown. Serve with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
