Ingredients
  

  • 25 gram pineapple
  • 60 gram curd
  • 1 green chilli
  • mint leaves
  • black salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 gram black pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut pineapple into small pieces.
  • Now put these pieces on skewers and grill them lightly so that they become soft. Keep it in the fridge to cool.
  • Take out the curd in a bowl and beat it and now add the cooled pineapple pieces to the curd.
  • Now in this. Add black salt, sugar, green chilli and mix.
  • Garnish with finely chopped pineapple and mint leaves and serve.
