  • Gravy- If you want to make the gravy restaurant style, then cut all the spices into pieces and fry them, add tomato puree to it and then add cashew nuts and stir. After some time, when the cashews become soft, grind them in the mixer. By doing this the gravy will taste even better.
  • To make restaurant style banana- For this, add whole spices and fry them, then add tomatoes in it. Then add cashews for 2 minutes. When the cashews become soft, put them in a mixer. This will give the paste more flavor of garam masala.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams paneer
  • 5 tomato
  • 2 green chilli
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • cashews a few
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ginger a long piece
  • 2 tsp oil ghee
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ cup cream
  • salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cheese into square pieces. Add 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan and fry the paneer until it turns light brown and take it out. And pulse it in lukewarm water so that the paneer will remain soft.
  • Soak cashews in water for half an hour and grind them finely and take them out in a bowl.
  • Make a paste by grinding tomato, ginger and green chilli in a mixer. Take out the paste and keep it in a bowl.
  • Churn the cream also in the mixer.
  • Put oil or ghee in the pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds turn brown, add onion and garlic and fry until lightly pink.
  • add turmeric powder and coriander powder, fry lightly and add tomato paste to this masala and fry while stirring with a spoon.
  • After roasting the tomatoes, add cashew paste and cream and stir the spices with a spoon until oil starts floating on the spices.
  • Add water to this masala as per requirement to make the gravy as thick or thin as you want.
  • Add salt and red chilli and mix.
  • When the gravy starts boiling, add the pieces of paneer, mix it, cover it and let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes on very low flame, so that all the spices get absorbed inside the paneer.
  • Shahi Paneer Sabzi is ready. Serve with cream and coriander leaves on top
