Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup chikpea boiled
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • green coriander for garnishing
  • ½ tsp lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Spread the gram on a clean rolling board and flatten it.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the flat gram while running water until it dries up and becomes dry.
  • Add dry mango powder, salt, green chilli, red chilli and green coriander and leave the lemon on top while serving.
  • Keep in mind that dry mango powder is also being added so that the lemon juice is not added.
  • You can also add chaat masala.
