Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram potato chopped
  • ¾ cup curd
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ¼ cup coconut grated
  • 2 tsp poppyseeds
  • 2 tsp dried whole coriander
  • 5 dried red chilli
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Fry almonds, coconut, poppy seeds, coriander and red chilies in a dry pan for 4 to 5 minutes, then when it cools down, grind them finely in a mixer and mix them with curd.
  • Heat oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and brown them
  • Add potatoes, stir and let them dry.
  • Add curd mixture and salt and cook for 5 minutes and add a cup of hot water.
  • Once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
