Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh curd
  • 2 tsp mint leaves
  • 2 tsp green coriander leaves
  • salt as required
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 green chilli finely chopped
  • ¾ cup water
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 100 gram green pea
  • 2 carrot chopped
  • 200 gram cauliflower florets
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek
  • 6 curry leaves
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Beat curd by adding mint, green coriander, salt, sugar, green chilli and water in a big bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry peas, carrots and cabbage one by one until golden brown and then take them out through a strainer and add them to the curd.
  • Heat two tablespoons of oil, add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and pour it over the curd.
  • Sprinkle ground cumin, green coriander and ground red chilli on top.
