North Indian Food

North Indian food is slightly different from South Indian food. Wheat is used extensively in North Indian food. The main crops are wheat and rice. Coarse grains are also used, millet, sorghum, corn etc. Various types of pulses and various vegetables are prepared in daily meals. A lot of seasonal vegetables are prepared.
