Tips for cooking paratha

  • To keep the paratha soft for a long time, add a tablespoon of curd to it while kneading the dough, this will keep the paratha soft for a long time.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 gram wheat flour
  • 15 gram gram flour
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ¾ tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp green coriander chopped
  • 1 pinch asafetida
  • 3 greeen chilli chopped finely
  • tsp coriander powder
  • ½ cup boiled potato
  • salt se per taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the spices, salt etc. in the flour.
  • Add potatoes, rub it with palms and make it into a paste, then sprinkle water and knead the dough into a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into eight equal balls and roll them into rounds.
  • Put it on a hot pan, apply ghee and fry till golden brown and then serve with vegetable pickle.
