Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Rajma (kidney beans)
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • ½ cup tomato juice
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 clove
  • 2 piece cinnamon powder
  • salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak Rajma in water overnight.
  • In the morning, wash with clean water and boil with 6 cups of water to soften it.
  • Heat butter, add onion, garlic and ginger paste and fry until the water dries up
  • Add tomato juice, coriander, red chilli, turmeric, cumin, clove, cinnamon, salt and fry till it leaves the grease.
  • Crush the kidney beans little by little and dip them in the spices and mix well. cook until boiling
  • Take out in a serving dish and serve hot.
