Mooli Paratha is a very tasty dish. Mooli parathas are made from radish and other spices are added to it, peas can also be added along with it. Mooli Parathas are mostly made in the cold season because Mooli comes in cold and we make different types of dishes from it, one of them is Radish Paratha. About Mooli ka paratha

Mooli Paratha is a very tasty dish. This parathas are made from radish and other spices are added to it, peas can also be added along with it. In radish paratha, we first prepare the dough and inside the radish mixture which is made by kneading radish, add spices like ginger and garam masala and also use pomegranate seeds to bring slight sweetness in it. You can also eat Mooli Paratha in breakfast. When you are hungry in the evening breakfast, then Mooli Paratha is a better option and you can also eat this Paratha in the morning breakfast, which will improve your digestion and your morning- You will easily get the nutrition you need in the morning and fill your stomach with these parathas. You can, but it completely depends on you what and how you want to eat in this paratha. Or roasted with ghee. Mooli  paratha can be eaten with Guava chutney, green chutney, Imlie ki chutney, curd or any vegetable (All time favorite paneer recipes) or pickles(Gobhi ka acchar)

Ingredients
  

  • 400 gram wheat flour
  • 2 cup grated radish (mooli) squeeze out
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 piece ginger
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp re chilli powder
  • oil/ ghee for fry

Instructions
 

  • Add all the spices, salt and green coriander to the squeezed radish and mix well. Divide it into eight equal parts.
  • Break the kneaded dough into eight equal balls.
  • Heat the pan.
  • Roll out each ball and fill one part with radish mixture, roll it out and put it on the hot tawa.
  • Apply oil or ghee and fry the parathas till they become crisp.
  • After that serve hot survey with chutney and vegetables.
