Sweetcorn kachori recipe

- 1½ cup boiled sweetcorn
- 300 gram maida (Fine flour)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
- 1 tbsp green coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp dried whole coriander
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- salt as required
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 2 green chilli chopped
- ¼ cup coconut grated
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Add ghee to the flour and mix well.
- Then knead it with lukewarm water, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for another.
- Grind the sweet corn coarsely in a grinder and add salt and spices etc.
- Break the flour into 12 equal balls and roll them into small balls.
- . Divide sweet corn mixture into 12 parts. Fill each portion in a puri, close it and press it with palms to give it the shape of a kachori.
- Heat oil and fry the kachoris until golden and take them out. Serve hot with green sweet chutney.
- Serve hot with green sweet chutney.
