Ingredients
  

  • cup boiled sweetcorn
  • 300 gram maida (Fine flour)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp green coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried whole coriander
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • salt as required
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • ¼ cup coconut grated
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Add ghee to the flour and mix well.
  • Then knead it with lukewarm water, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for another.
  • Grind the sweet corn coarsely in a grinder and add salt and spices etc.
  • Break the flour into 12 equal balls and roll them into small balls.
  • . Divide sweet corn mixture into 12 parts. Fill each portion in a puri, close it and press it with palms to give it the shape of a kachori.
  • Heat oil and fry the kachoris until golden and take them out. Serve hot with green sweet chutney.
  • Serve hot with green sweet chutney.
