Ingredients
  

  • 175 gram paneer
  • ½ tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 12 poblano chili
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp fenugreeks seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Grate the paneer. And save some cheese and keep it aside.
  • Put garam masala, salt, dry mango powder on grated cheese and mix well.
  • Cut open the stomach of the chilli, remove the seeds, stuff it with masala-paneer and tie it with a thread.
  • Heat the oil, crackle the cumin seeds and add the stuffed chillies and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes or till it gets fried.
  • Add the remaining grated paneer and cook it for 1-2 minutes and take it out in a serving dish. Then sprinkle lemon juice and serve hot
