This pickle will taste perfect with paratha, dal rice, pakoras etc. Pickles are made in different ways and are made from different vegetables like mango, cabbage, bitter gourd, ginger, carrot etc. The pickle recipe I am going to tell you today is cauliflower pickle.
Food seems tasteless, but when we eat it with pickle or chutney, the food also gets a taste, hence it is very important to have pickle in our food. Pickles are made in every house, some pickles are made during summers and some pickles are made during winters. Cauliflower pickle is a pickle made in cold season, although you can make this pickle in any month of the year. Can be made but this pickle is especially made cold. You can eat pickle with paratha, rice, poori, kachori etc.

Tips

  • There should not be any moisture in the container in which you put the pickle, otherwise the pickle may get spoiled.
  • If there is insufficient amount of oil in the pickle, the pickle gets spoiled, hence you should add oil in it carefully.
  • The most important thing is that when you put the pickle, it should be exposed to sunlight. The pickle should be kept in sunlight for at least 3 days.
  • Fresh spices should always be used for making pickles. use spices coarsely
  • We should always use glass or ceramic balls to store pickles. Do not store pickles in copper, iron, zinc or brass utensils.
  • You can store cabbage pickle in an air tight container for up to 2 months.
  • This spicy pickle is made especially in the cold season. You can also add jaggery along with cabbage in this pickle. Pickles can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 months. Use fresh spices in pickles.
  • It is better if the spices are coarsely ground. keep the pickle in sunlight

Ingredients
  

  • kilogram cauliflower
  • 40 gram mustard seeds
  • 60 gram red chilli powder
  • 10 gram cumin
  • 40 gram ginger flakes
  • 1 onion flakes
  • 6 clove
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¾ cup vinegar
  • ¾ cup mustard oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into pieces. Separate the stalk.
  • Put the pieces in hot water for 10 minutes and then take them out and spread them in the sun for 2 hours.
  • Coarsely grind mustard seeds, cumin seeds and cloves and mix them with other spices including salt.
  • Heat the oil well, turn off the flame, add the spices and then add the cabbage and stir it well.
  • Add vinegar after 3 days.
  • After this, see sunlight for 4 more days and then use it.
