- 300 grams paneer cut into pieces
- ½ tsp mango powder (amchoor)
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 2 cup Gram flour flour
- salt as per taste
- ¾ tsp red chilli powder
- oil for frying
- 1 pinch soda
Instructions
- Dry mango powder (amchoor) on paneer pieces and a pinch of salt, mix well on the pieces and keep aside.
- Add garam masala, salt, red chilli and soda to gram flour and mix.
- Then make a thick batter by adding water and cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and reduce the flame to medium. Dip the paneer pieces in gram flour solution and put them in hot oil and fry them into ruddy pakodas.
- Hot pakoras are ready, serve with green chutney.
