Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams cabbage chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 carrot chopped
  • 2 celery
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 4 glass water
  • 3 medium size potatoes chopped
  • 1 `tsp red chilli
  • 150 grams cauliflower cut in pieces
  • 250 grams tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ tsp celery
  • 1 beetroot chopped
  • 1 broccoli
  • salt as required
  • ¾ tsp black pepper grounded

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan, add celery and saute for 15 seconds.
  • Add chopped vegetables and cook while stirring for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  • Add water and reduce flame till it comes to a boil.
  • Add salt and chilli and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now serve the delicious vegetable soup hot.
