Winter Vegetable soup | Mixed vegetable soup recipe
Anadita sahuIngredients
- 100 grams cabbage chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 carrot chopped
- 2 celery
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 4 glass water
- 3 medium size potatoes chopped
- 1 `tsp red chilli
- 150 grams cauliflower cut in pieces
- 250 grams tomatoes chopped
- ¼ tsp celery
- 1 beetroot chopped
- 1 broccoli
- salt as required
- ¾ tsp black pepper grounded
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan, add celery and saute for 15 seconds.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook while stirring for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
- Add water and reduce flame till it comes to a boil.
- Add salt and chilli and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Now serve the delicious vegetable soup hot.
