Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Okra (ladyfinger)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp green coriander
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp coriander coarsely ground
  • 1 piece ginger finely chopped
  • ½ cup curd
  • salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • cut the okra from top to bottom.
  • Make a cut in the middle and keep aside. Heat oil in pan and sprinkle cumin seeds.
  • Add onion, whole coriander, turmeric powder, ginger, Green chill and fry.
  • Add curd and fry for 2 minutes.
  • When oil leaves the pan, add salt, dry mango powder and green coriander and remove from flame.
  • When it cools down, fill it with ladyfinger.
  • . Cook the stuffed bhindi in a double boiler or idli steamer for 10minutes.
  • Serve hot with roti or paratha.
